Patriot Academy explores the Clarkson community.
Patriot Academy is in the books, and so are the memories that were made! This year, our theme was exploring the community we live in. Nearly 50 little patriots (1st-6th grade) set out each day of the academy to explore our little town. Familiar businesses granted us all the opportunity to learn deeper knowledge and history about the things that have made our town so great through their hands and hard-work. This summer opportunity for our students is just one of the aspects we are proud to have here at CPS. The memories we hope these Pats gain over their handful of summers spent at Patriot Academy makes us all look forward to the next year of festivities.
Places the Patriots visited: Clarkson Public Library, Clarkson Bakery, Clarkson Bank, The Opera House, Park, Bluebird Nursery, and Clarkson Museum.
