Covid-19/ARP ESSER III
COVID-19/ARP ESSER III
Prior to the 2020-21 school year Clarkson Public Schools created a Return to School plan for the 2020-2021 school year. The plan was made available on the school's Facebook Page as well as the school's website.
As we transition to the 2021-2022 school year and beyond, Clarkson Public Schools will continue to update its plan, protocols, and seek to address any needs replaced to, or associated with, the COVID-19 pandemic in collaboration with its school community. The original plan will remain intact and be adjusted as the year goes along and also be kept in place for subsequent school years and will be adjusted to reflect changing circumstances and guidance.
Clarkson Public Schools intends to use federal ARP ESSER resources in accordance with the established parameters and to the other allowable uses. Below are links to the Return to School Plan and a corresponding survey for you to provide your feedback on the plan and the use of ARP ESSER III fund.
Clarkson Public Schools will receive $179,710 in ARP ESSER III resources. Twenty percent (20%) $35,942 must be used for student learning loss due to the pandemic. This will leave a balance of $143,768 for other projects. These funds are restricted in use from the Federal Government and will not affect the local levy.
