An Attitude of Gratitude
An Attitude of Gratitude
Emily Schnelle
On January 9 and 10, students in Mrs. Lynn Morfeld’s English classes wrote thank you notes. Students gave thanks to anyone who got them a gift over the holiday season or to somebody they are thankful for.
“Writing thank you notes is a lost art. We need to be able to show our gratitude for not only the gifts we receive, but the people in our lives. It is a skill that will serve students well in their future, whether it is graduating from high school, getting a new job, or getting married,” Mrs. Morfeld told her students.
